Website Builder
Build and publish full websites from a single AI prompt with Buildorado's website builder.
Buildorado's website builder lets you create complete, production-ready websites by describing what you want in plain English. Type a prompt, and the AI generates a multi-page website with responsive layouts, professional styling, and real content — ready to publish in minutes. No templates to customize, no drag-and-drop widgets to arrange, and no code to write unless you want to.
Once your site is generated, you can refine it through a chat-based AI editor, preview changes in real time, and publish to a live URL with one click. For developers, the builder also offers a full code editor, GitHub integration, and environment variable management — giving you complete control over the source code.
How It Works
The website builder follows a four-step process:
1. Describe Your Website
Open the website builder and type a prompt describing the site you want. For example: "Create a website for a boutique coffee shop called Bean & Brew in Portland. Include a menu page, about page, and contact form." The more detail you provide — industry, tone, specific pages, features — the better the result.
You can also paste a URL to an existing website. The AI crawls the page and uses its content as context, making it easy to rebuild or modernize an existing site.
2. AI Generates Your Site
The AI creates a structured plan for your website — choosing the page structure, section layout, color palette, typography, and content. It then generates a complete website with:
- Multiple pages with a shared navigation bar and footer
- Responsive layouts that work on desktop, tablet, and mobile
- A cohesive color theme and font pairing
- Real content tailored to your business description
- AI-generated images placed throughout the site
You can watch the generation progress in real time as the AI builds each page.
3. Edit and Refine
After generation, you land in the editor workspace where you can make changes two ways:
- Chat with AI — Describe what you want to change in natural language. "Make the hero section taller," "Add a testimonials section," or "Change the color scheme to dark blue." The AI makes targeted edits and fixes any errors automatically.
- Edit code directly — Open any file in the built-in code editor and make changes by hand. The live preview updates instantly as you type.
4. Publish
Click Publish to build and deploy your site to a yoursite.buildorado.io subdomain. Your site is optimized and served from a global CDN. You can also connect a custom domain or export the source code to deploy on Vercel, Netlify, or any other hosting platform.
Live Preview
The editor includes a live preview that runs entirely in your browser. Your site renders in a sandboxed iframe, and changes to any file are reflected in the preview within seconds — all without leaving the page.
You can switch between desktop, tablet, and mobile viewport sizes to see how your site looks on different devices.
Free Tier vs. Paid Plans
The website builder is available on all plans with some differences:
- Free tier — Generate and publish websites with a
yoursite.buildorado.iosubdomain. Published sites include a small "Built with Buildorado" badge in the footer. - Paid plans — Custom subdomain names, custom domain support with automatic SSL, badge removal, and priority build queues.
See the pricing page for current plan details.
Mobile and Tablet Access
The full website builder editor requires a desktop or laptop browser (Chrome, Edge, or Brave recommended) for the best experience. On mobile and tablet screens, a simplified overlay shows:
- Build progress if a website is currently being generated
- A link to your published site if the build is complete
- A prompt to switch to desktop for full editing capabilities
You can always manage your website projects from the dashboard on any device.

The website builder handles a wide range of site types:
- Business websites — Landing pages, about pages, service descriptions, team bios, and contact forms for any industry
- Portfolios — Showcase work with image galleries, project descriptions, and case studies
