You only pay for what you actually use each month. There are no fixed plans or commitments. Your bill is calculated at the end of each billing cycle based on the number of workflows, submissions, team members, and other resources you consumed. If you use nothing beyond the free tier, you pay nothing.

Yes. On signup we add $10 in promo credit to your account — a one-time gift, no expiry. It's applied first against every charge: AI generations, action runs, and your monthly bill. The free tier also includes 1 published workflow, 1 published website, and 1 seat with no monthly fee. Form submissions are billed monthly at $10 per 1,000 (≈$0.01 each). No credit card required to start.

When your $10 promo credit runs out you'll be asked to add a card. Adding a card switches on auto-recharge — when your wallet drops below $10 we charge your card $10 to top up. Your monthly bill (workflows, sites, submissions, seats, etc.) is also charged to your card at each cycle end. Bills are itemized — no surprises.

No. Submissions are unlimited on every plan and billed at $10 per 1,000 (about $0.01 each). The count for each cycle is added to your monthly bill at cycle end — submissions are never blocked mid-cycle. Submissions include all form responses, file uploads, and payment completions.

Yes. The free plan includes 1 team member. Individuals are free — you only pay $5 per seat per month when your org has 2 or more members. Each team member gets full access to the workflow builder, submissions, and analytics. Enterprise plans include SSO/SAML at $10 per user per month.

Buildorado connects with 30+ services including Slack, Google Sheets, Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, Jira, Notion, Airtable, and more. Action executions are billed at $10 per 1,000 (≈$0.01 per node run), debited from your wallet as workflows execute — significantly cheaper than Zapier ($0.027/task) or Make.

Absolutely. Create 1 website with AI generation and up to 5 AI edits using Claude Sonnet. Publish it for free on a .buildorado.io subdomain. Upgrade unlocks unlimited sites, all AI models, custom domains, export, and removes the "Built with Buildorado" badge.

AI costs are based on the tokens consumed by the model you choose. Each generation or edit uses tokens — the exact amount depends on site complexity. Claude Sonnet (the default) costs $3.60 per million tokens. A typical site generation uses 50K–200K tokens. You can see real-time costs in your billing dashboard.

The free plan includes Claude Sonnet (the default). Paid plans unlock all models: Claude Opus (best) ($18.00/M tokens), Claude Sonnet (default) ($3.60/M tokens). You can switch models per-edit.

Yes, on paid plans. Custom domains cost $20 per site per month and include automatic SSL certificate provisioning via Cloudflare. Just point your DNS CNAME to Buildorado and we handle the rest.

Only when your SSL certificate becomes active. You can connect a domain, configure DNS, and wait for verification with no charge. Once Cloudflare reports the certificate as active, the meter starts and is pro-rated daily. Both www and apex variants of the same domain count as one site, not two.

Billing stops immediately. Archiving disconnects the custom domain, releases the buildorado.io subdomain, and cleans up the SSL certificate. The site itself is preserved — you can restore it anytime, but you'll need to reconnect the domain.

The $20/mo charge stops at the next daily meter run (within 24 hours). Your site stays live on its .buildorado.io subdomain at no cost.

Yes, on paid plans. Export your site as static HTML, deploy directly to Vercel or Netlify via GitHub, or download a ZIP with all files. Exported sites are fully standalone — no Buildorado dependency. Free plan sites are hosted on .buildorado.io subdomains.

If your monthly bill can't be paid (no card on file, card declined, and wallet can't cover it), your account is paused immediately: published workflows and sites stop accepting new submissions, scheduled triggers stop firing, and new publishes are blocked. Your data, drafts, and configuration are preserved. Update your payment method or top up your wallet and access resumes on the next sweep. After 30 days paused, the account is archived; after a further 90 days, data is deleted.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice with NET-30 terms. All billing is in USD.
